Adult spaces and boundaries
Our Discord communities are 18+ only. Adult content must remain in properly restricted Discord spaces and comply with Discord’s rules. Never share sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, threats, harassment or doxxing. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn; a role or a bot response does not override a person’s boundaries.
The website chat is for support. Do not use it for adult content, age-verification documents, sensitive evidence, illegal material or solicitation. Do not pressure someone to respond or evade a block.
Report a bot or community concern
Email [email protected] with the bot/server name, the relevant feature, a brief description and message links or IDs where appropriate. For a server incident you can also use that community’s staff report process. Do not attach government IDs, uncensored intimate media or illegal content. A message link is preferable to copying sensitive evidence.
We review reports and take action appropriate to the issue, which may include correcting a feature, restricting access, removing content under our control, or referring a platform violation to Discord. Response time depends on availability; reporting does not guarantee a particular moderation outcome. Ask us by email if you want a decision reviewed.
For content or conduct on Discord, use Discord’s reporting guidance. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services.
Report a security vulnerability
Send a private email to [email protected] with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected URL or feature, a safe description, approximate time and the minimum steps needed to understand the issue. Do not send live credentials or another person’s private records.
Do not access other people’s conversations, download data, run disruptive testing or publish a working exploit before we can assess it. This reporting route does not authorise access or promise a reward. We will assess credible reports, work to contain an issue and provide notices required by applicable law or platform obligations.
Privacy and moderation limits
Moderation tools and image filters can make mistakes. Staff should review context rather than treating an automated flag as proof of wrongdoing. Request a correction or review when needed. The privacy-request process covers access, correction and deletion questions.
Deleting a ticket or expiring a chat does not guarantee that Discord or another participant has erased every copy. Avoid submitting sensitive information through a feature that does not need it.
Discord’s rules apply
Read the official Discord terms, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms and Developer Policy. Our notices supplement them; they cannot override Discord’s rules. This website does not represent that Discord has reviewed or approved every feature.
