What is used
Ivory & Ember Creations is operated by Fox and DeiFex in Florida, United States. We do not place advertising cookies or add advertising trackers. The website uses optional chat session storage, Cloudflare hosting and security services, and Cloudflare performance analytics.
Cookies are small browser records sent with relevant requests. Session storage is browser storage available to this site in a tab. A technology can process information without setting a cookie. This policy should be read with our privacy policy.

Your choices
You can browse without starting chat. Browser settings can block cookies, clear site data or remove session storage; doing so can stop chat restoration or cause security checks to repeat. Closing a tab usually ends its session storage, but browser session-restore settings vary.
The site has no optional advertising cookies and no “accept all” advertising consent control. Cloudflare’s performance analytics is configured on the site; browser privacy tools may block the beacon. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will add an appropriate choice before using it.
Deleting browser storage does not delete server chat records or Discord DM copies. For that, use the privacy-request process. The current site does not use a stored marketing profile, and does not sell or share data for targeted advertising.
Themes, age confirmation and sparkles
When you use the homepage toggle, your day/night preference is saved in this browser’s local storage under ie-home-theme until you change it or clear this site’s data. It stores only day or night, is not sent to us, and is not used for tracking. If browser storage is blocked, the toggle still works on the current page. An explicit theme in the URL takes priority. The invite age checkbox is reset each time the dialog opens; it does not store a birthday or ID. The sparkle trail uses pointer positions in browser memory only and does not record or transmit them. It is disabled for reduced motion and touch-only devices.
Fonts, decorative artwork and developer avatar files are served from this website. Clicking a Discord invite or email link takes you to an external service, where its own policies apply.
